Still hungry after four days of Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival events? Here's another helping of the fun: in honor of the SoBe Festival's tenth anniversary, The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Cookbook will drop on November 16. All proceeds from the book directly benefit the Florida International University (FIU) School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center. You can pre-order the book on Amazon. Meanwhile, the Festival has partnered with Tasting Table for a mega sweepstakes with tons of prizes for the food-and-drink crowd, including a Grand Prize of tickets to the 2011 Festival in South Beach.
