Last month we kicked off Labor Day Weekend by savoring the last delicious bites of the season, asking you to share your final tastes of summer with us for a chance to win dinner for two at the Beard House! Our #jbfendlesssummer Instagram contest brought some vibrant, stunning, and drool-worthy results—take a peek at some of the highlights below. Devouring lobster—in any form—is one of our favorite summer pastimes. Here's @leekalt's gorgeous lobster salad. 

Here's a refreshing cocktail fit for summer: a gin and tonic with cucumber and parsley. Want a tip to take your G&T over the edge? @thejudylab adds a slow-melting whiskey ice cube to the glass. 

@holasus' grilled elotes with Adobe chipotle, Irish butter, and mayo spread make the perfect party platter. Just add cilantro, salt, and a wedge of lemon or lime. 

@thehappylittleapron's lamb, peach, burrata, and balsamic salad. All of our favorite words. One bowl. 

There's always room for ice cream, no matter the season. @shipshapeeatworthy makes key lime vegan ice cream with cacao nibs and a drizzle of coconut butter (recipe from @theroastedroot). 

We've got eyes for this beet and blood orange salad from @amonzophotography

We refuse to believe that this is @ful.filled's last harvest of black grapes, because we're going to need seconds of this roasted grape and halloumi salad. 

@spencercooks' O'Henry summery pie looks just peachy (sorry, we couldn't resist).

Hey, @foodpornographer, can you spare a slice of that corn, heirloom tomato, and goat cheese tart? 

Something sweet from @bornandbredinbrooklyn: an "easy-as-pie" galette made with fresh summer blueberries and peaches. 

@bunandhoney has our stomachs rumbling with this lobster roll, arguably the epitome of a summer sandwich. 

What's more summery than ice cream? @pure_ella's go-to flavor: caramelized fig, honey, and coconut ice cream that is miraculously sugar- and dairy-free. 

This light scallop ceviche from @melinahammer is the perfect summer dish to share with friends (or devour on your own). 

We're eating up as many summer tomatoes as possible while we still can. Looks like @dinnerbylany is doing the same with this caramelized onion, tomato, and mozzarella tart.
