JBF House Purveyor Green & Black’s wants you to know more about their chocolate, so they’ve hit the road with their Taste Discovery Tour. In a whirlwind trip that began at Vegas Uncork’d presented by Bon Appétit, with the most recent stop at the Beard Awards, the tour is off to an indulgent start. The next stop? The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. At each location Green & Black’s Discovery Taste Guide will be on hand to talk delicious organic chocolate and to encourage you to taste, taste, taste. Can’t make it to a Tour stop? Don’t worry, Green & Black’s has got you covered. In addition to the tour stops, they are also hosting a sweepstakes on their Facebook page. The grand prize winner gets a trip for two to New York City and dinner at the prestigious James Beard House. This decadent recipe for Ganache-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes with Seven-Minute Meringue Frosting was featured at Vegas Uncork’d and created by Bon Appétit chef de cuisine Mary Nolan.
