The book also details classic techniques of stir-frying and examples of China’s regional cuisine interwoven with the story and cultural heritage of the Chinese diaspora. An essential volume, Stir-Frying to the Sky's Edge highlights the wok’s value in cooking up inventive and healthy meals, stretching proteins, starches, and vegetables to new heights.
