Aureole Celebration, East to West With critically acclaimed restaurants from coast to coast, JBF Award winner Charlie Palmer is a culinary trendsetter and a renowned restaurateur. To celebrate the 20-plus years of his flagship restaurant, Aureole, chefs from both the East and West Coast outposts of Palmer’s beloved eatery will converge at the Beard House for a once-in-a-lifetime dinner. Wednesday, September 15, 12:00 P.M. Enlightened Eaters: Healthy Chic: Raising the Bar on Nutrition Brendan Brazier, creator of the “Raising the Bar on Nutrition Campaign” for New York’s Fashion Week, knows that without the right nutrition, New Yorkers can’t sustain the high energy levels and long hours that keep this city running. Brendan is raising the bar on health by spreading the word about plant-based superfoods that even models can depend on for optimal energy and health. Join him for a discussion on the significant benefits of a better diet.
