Rare Italian Wine Dinner
The pedigreed chefs and wine director from the opulent Restaurant Latour are returning to the Beard House for an outstanding wine lovers’ meal. Diners will be treated to a menu of luxurious Italian-inspired cuisine paired with a cache of rare Italian wines from the resort’s stunningly curated, Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning cellar.

Beard on Wine: The Belinda Chang Sessions
Do you a have a classic palate or do you love the wine world's neo-classics? Our first session will feature a fun head-to-head, side-by-side guided tasting of Old World classics and New World neo-classic wines. Sommelier Belinda Chang from New York's Monkey Bar and Keri Levens, wine director at Aquavit, will go deep into their cellars to pour for you their favorite classified growth Bordeaux, Grand Cru Burgundy, Washington State Meritage, Oregan Pinot Noir, and more! They will defend their selections and you will be the judge at this casual and educational wine tasting.
Classes are one hour long and each features a tasting and discussion of six special wines.
