The Titanic Returns: Captain's Table 
To commemorate the anniversary of the Titanic’s fateful voyage, chef Rob McCue has designed a menu that invokes the opulence and grandeur of the meals served to the most elite passengers at the coveted captain’s table. Join us for an epic journey through a long-gone era during this elegant and historically inspired dinner.

Tuesday, April 14, 7:00 P.M.
Songkran: Lao New Year 
January may have come and gone, but in Laos the New Year is just getting started. Celebrate Songkran with chef Phet Schwader and the rest of the team behind Khe-Yo, one of New York City’s best ambassadors for this Southwest Asian country’s spicy and exciting cuisine.

Napa Elegance, Food, and Wine 
After serious stints at Michael Mina, Cyrus, and the French Laundry, Rogelio Garcia now steers a menu of elevated bistro fare at Napa’s Angèle. For this Beard House dinner, Garcia’s Wine Country–inspired French fare will be paired with stunning wines from the renowned Brown Estate portfolio.

Legendary Gem of Atlanta 
One of Atlanta’s most romantic and legendary restaurants, Canoe, recently promoted Australian native Matthew Basford to executive chef. Help us welcome him at his Beard House debut, where he will showcase how he’s building upon the legacy of this bastion of fine dining, along with Sarah Koob’s elegant sweets.

Carnivore's Delight: Scotch and Steak 
Few combinations are as highly regarded and historically resilient as the mystical alchemy of Scotch and steak. The man behind the curtain is chef Michael Vignola of the rave-reviewed, glamorous Strip House, whose red-blooded, bold take on steakhouse fare will lead diners through an evening of rare and distilled delicacies.
