Join the James Beard Foundation Greens (foodies under 40) as we celebrate the holidays at our 11th Annual Holiday Party. Don't miss this chance to explore our muse's home and sample culinary delights from some of the city's most exciting chefs. A special scotch tasting by The Glenlivet, a selection of fine wines from Sequoia Grove Winery, and beers from Stella Artois will be served to keep everyone in good spirits. A goodie bag and heaps of holiday cheer are guaranteed.
Monday, December 3, 7:00 P.M.
Ever since its 1837 opening as America's first fine-dining restaurant, Delmonico's has remained an indelible part of our culinary heritage, giving rise to iconic dishes like Eggs Benedict and Lobster Newburg. Don't miss this timeless feast, where chef Billy Oliva will serve up his sophisticated take on perennial favorites.
Tuesday, December 4, 7:00 P.M.
Known for his opulent, masterfully prepared Tuscan fare, Angelo Elia was just the chef to tap for a festive, Italian-inspired Christmas dinner. Along with executive chef Rickie Piper and sommelier Koen Kersemans, Elia has crafted a tantalizing menu to celebrate the holiday traditions and cuisine of the bountiful Italian countryside.
From Scratch Sessions: Gingerbread Decorating for Grown-ups
Thursday, December 6, 6:30 P.M.
Why should kids have all the fun? Channel your inner child and get a little messy as we celebrate the holidays. Guests will get to assemble, decorate, and take home their own gingerbread houses. Fine wines, Stella Artois beers, and savory treats from Grandaisy Bakery will also be served.

It was during a trip to Catalunya, Spain's famed food-loving region, that Anthony Sasso decided to be a chef. Now the chef de cuisine of tapas temple Casa Mono, Sasso skillfully executes a daring menu that features the type of inventive, Catalan-inspired dishes that will be served at this sea-and-land-themed lunch.
