Monday, February 8, 7:00 P.M.

Chinese New Year: East and West

Chinese New Year is always a spirited celebration at the Beard House, and this year’s fusion-inspired feast is no exception. Ring in the Year of the Monkey with some of D.C.’s top toques, as Peter Chang, Scott Drewno, and K.N. Vinod prepare a jubilant meal uniting Sichuan, Cali-Asian, and Indian cuisines.

Tuesday, February 9, 7:00 P.M.

Mardi Gras Mystique

Join us for a Fat Tuesday fête, when we bring a French Quarter institution to the Beard House. Chef Daniel Causgrove will treat diners to a festive menu highlighting the best of the Grill Room’s classic and contemporary dishes, so break out the beads and bring your appetite.

Feast of the Senses​

Former actor Shane Lyons swapped Hollywood roles for a CIA diploma and stints at Café Boulud, Craft Bar, and Momofuku Noodle Bar. Now at his own celebrated New York gastropub, this Zagat’s 30 Under 30 honoree will guide Beard House guests on a decadent journey of taste sensations, from salty to sweet and everything in between.

Pocono Mountain Retreat

For almost a century, the Skytop Lodge has been one of this region’s most majestic destinations, with world-class service, accommodations, and, of course, exceptional dining. Join us when Richard Beichner, who previously created unforgettable experiences at resorts around the country, returns to the Beard House with an elegant menu reflecting the bounty and producers of northeastern Pennsylvania.

Southern Social​

Sarah Simmons has won many admirers through the elevated Southern dishes at her lauded hot spots City Grit and Birds & Bubbles. Join us at the Beard House as Simmons and partner Aaron Hoskins create a Southern sweetheart feast to satisfy the heart and soul.

Bewitched! A Valentine’s Eve Dinner

Calling all lovers and singletons: in honor of Valentine’s Day, craft chocolatiers Matthew Silverman and Matthew Piekarski are bringing their unique “bean to bar” concept to the Beard House for a chocolate-infused degustation. Keith Schroeder, who sources Hexx chocolate for his artisanal ice cream company, will join the duo for an elevated evening of gastronomic indulgence.
