Beard Burger 'Bun' Anza 
Burger lovers, this one’s for you: top toques from the New York City area will join forces to create their most indulgent, mouthwatering renditions of the quintessential American dish. A selection of cocktails, wines, and beers will also be served at this crowd-pleasing tasting party.

Tuesday, March 3, 7:00 P.M. 
Bern's at the Beard House: Bern’s, Rare and Well Done
For years epicureans across the country have known and loved Bern’s Steak House, home to the world’s largest wine collection and top-notch steak. Now they’re getting to know the team’s fleet of new concepts, which include a wine bar, a pastry shop, and a swanky hotel—score a seat at the Beard House to experience the legendary group for yourself.

Wednesday, March 4, 12:00 P.M. 
Beard on Books 
In Bern’s, Rare and Well Done, discover the story behind Bern’s Steak House, the iconic Tampa restaurant that has been delighting locals and visitors alike since 1956. Readers will get the inside scoop as told by David and Christina Laxer, son and daughter-in-law of the original founders Bern and Gert Laxer, as well as a visual tour of the steakhouse’s legendary wine cellar, dessert room, and bar, with a collection of recipes that have become favorites through the decades.​

Chef of MARC 
Distinguished London-based restaurant group MARC is known for the outstanding concepts, cuisine, and staff of its critically acclaimed restaurants in the U.K. and the United States. This dinner will highlight the company’s roster of culinary stars in an extravagant, no-holds-barred meal.

Friday, March 6, 7:00 P.M.
New York Meets Copenhagen 
At Noho hot spot Acme, well-heeled urban locavores clamor for a reservation to sample Noma co-founder Mads Refslund’s world-renowned Nordic fare. For this can’t-miss Beard House event, the Danish chef will bring his farm-to-table, hyper seasonal ethos to our diners with a winter menu highlighting his devotion to smoking, fermenting, and pickling the previous season’s bounty.

Saturday, March 7, 7:00 P.M.
Washington Bounty 
At Santé restaurant in northeastern Washington, serious food lovers opt for Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Jeremy Hansen’s tasting menu, which highlights the Evergreen State’s local bounty. This Beard House dinner is a whimsical take on various elevations and the artful dishes they inspire.
