Every year children flock to the Sylvia Center at Katchkie Farm in upstate New York to learn firsthand about where food comes from. Now Liz Neumark has collected these lessons and recipes in Sylvia’s Table, a deliciously unique cookbook that brings the farm to your kitchen table. Featuring recipes from chefs like Michael Romano and Jonathan Waxman, culinary experts including Food & Wine’s Dana Cowin, cookbook author Sara Moulton, and many others, this is a family cookbook guaranteed to be loved by cooks of all ages.

Regional Italian Road Trip
Between Spigolo, an Upper East Side favorite for almost ten years, and the Gilroy, a new bar with a strong Negroni focus, locals’ Italian cravings are covered. Join us when Spigolo’s Joseph D’Angelo prepares a menu that begins in Sicily and works its way up the boot, complete with authentic aperitivi from Josh Mazza.
