They discussed his new multimedia project, Generation Food, which documents how ordinary women and men around the world are enacting food-system change and "setting the table" for themselves, their communities, and future citizens. The Consequences of Appetite with Raj Patel at the JBF Food Conference

 

On day two of our recent JBF Food Conference, activist and Stuffed and Starved author Raj Patel delivered a fascinating keynote address on the consequences of appetite (shown in the video above). Afterwards, he and Jeff Dunn, former Coca-Cola executive and current president and CEO of Bolthouse Farms, had a conversation entitled "Changing Courses: Satisfying our Appetites for Quick, Convenient and Cheap(er)."
