Best chef in my neck of the woods is next....D.C. Damn, Jeff Michaud the one guy with a resto in Philly won. Oh well. I was hoping for a Voltaggio moment but I guess he's famous enough for now. This goes along with my theory, no good food in D.C.! Besides the obvious ;)
