[Virtual] Greens NYC: Reinventing Ready-To-Eat with CookUnity

Join JBF Greens for a virtual dinner party with NYC-based, chef-to-consumer delivery platform, CookUnity. Available by weekly subscription, CookUnity offers an effortlessly elevated at-home dining experience through an array of fully prepared dishes that feature sustainably sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.

Chef/owner Esther Choi of Mŏkbar and chef/owner Akhtar Nawab of Alta Calidad—two of the nine chefs featured as part of the newly launched Creators Club—will shed light on the inspiration behind their never-before-seen dishes and touch on the current state, and future, of the restaurant industry.

The first 40 guests in NYC will receive two complimentary CookUnity meals, including one from chef Esther and one from chef Akhtar for a taste of their latest offerings.

Registration is required for this event, and is open to JBF Greens Members and the General Public. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a quarantine companion who will be tuning in on the same screen as you, you only have to register once per screen. Zoom link to follow for registered guests.
