B.C. native Angus An worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe—including Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck—before returning to Vancouver to open Gastropod. For this dinner, An’s innovative European dishes will be paired with limited-production wines from Okanagan Valley producer Joie, which are not available for purchase in the U.S.
