Ryan Littman JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa/Tucson, AZ

Ingredients native to the Southwest like tepary beans and saguaro fruit find their way onto Ryan Littman’s menu at the luxurious Marriott Starr Pass Resort in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains. For Littman’s Beard House return he’ll draw on the inspiration that won him Marriott’s “Chef of the Year” award in 2006.
