We’re back with more coffee knowledge from Master Barista Giorgio Milos. In addition to trivia, we’ve got a bonus video of the master himself demonstrating the perfect free-pour latte. (Does his art match the level of creativity we saw in our Latte Art Contest?) In honor of the happy marriage of milk and espresso, here’s our next question: Which kind of milk is most suitable to prepare a perfect cappuccino—skim, partially skim, or whole milk? To win a fabulous prize from illy, simply put your answer in the comments below and a commenter with the correct answer will be chosen at random! Today’s prize? A set of two cappuccino cups from illy’s Almodóvar Collection. Signed and numbered, this limited edition illy Art Collection cup set was designed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar. The series takes inspiration from six of the director’s most admired films: Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (1988), Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down! (1990), High Heels (1991), The Flower of My Secret (1995), Bad Education (2004), and Volver (2006). You have until 12:00 Noon on Friday to get your answer in! The winner will be announced on Tuesday. Good luck!
