Take blogger, photographer, and author Heidi Swanson’s spin on the gin and tonic: this special sipper, from Swanson's 2016 Beard Award–winning cookbook Near & Far, has the requisite spirit, bubbles, and citrus, but that’s where it sheds its traditional guise.
