James Beard Foundation's Taste America® Miami

In addition to Chicago, the great city of Miami was also on the itinerary for the first weekend of James Beard Foundation's Taste America®. On Friday we headed to the historic Ancient Spanish Monastery, where we enjoyed a fabulous meal prepared by James Beard Award–winning and other top Florida-based chefs. Saturday consisted of cooking demonstrations and cookbook signings by Top Chef Just Desserts Yigit Pura and Taste America All-Star Ted Allen at Sur La Table.

Check out photos from of Miami events here. We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all our participants! And don't forget: Taste America is swinging through many more cities during the coming weekends.
