In addition to San Francisco, our third weekend of James Beard Foundation's Taste America® made a stop in the great city of Philadelphia. On Friday we enjoyed a spectacular meal prepared by local James Beard Award winners and other top chefs from the City of Brotherly Love. The next day we headed to Sur La Table to watch cooking demonstrations by Taste America All-Star Carla and the team behind Philadelphia's acclaimed vegan restaurant, Vedge.
