On the Menu Sunday, December 4, 6:00 P.M. 10th Annual Holiday Party Join the James Beard Foundation Greens when we toast to the season at the 10th Annual JBF Greens Holiday Party. Don't miss this chance to explore our muse's home and sample culinary delights from some of the New York City's most exciting chefs. There will also be a tasting table of patés, mousses, and terrines from Trois Petits Cochons, as well as a selection of cocktails by Purity Vodka, fine wines from Palm Bay Imports, and beers from Stella Artois. Friends of James Beard Benefit: Palm Beach, FL On a pristine stretch of white sand beach, the luxe Four Seasons Resort will offer up its breathtaking locale for this James Beard Benefit. Join host chefs Darryl Moiles and JBF Award winner Michael Schwartz for an elegant oceanfront dinner, which will kick off the 2011 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival. Saturday, December 10, 7:00 P.M. Beverly Hills to Napa Food and Wine Former Top Chef contestant Alex Reznik has cemented his place among America’s rising culinary talents at La Seine, the modern kosher eatery that has quickly become a Beverly Hills hot spot. For his first appearance at the Beard House, he’ll be pairing his creative cuisine with exquisite Covenant wines from Napa.
