Savor a sampling of Dixie delights such as Ashe County Cheddar Pimento Cheese and Springer Mountain Chicken Croquettes with Romesco Sauce; Pastrami-Cured North Carolina Strip Loin with Red Wine–Braised Cabbage and Toasted Caraway Tuile; and Slow-Cooked Pork Belly with Sweet Potato Casserole, Collard Greens, Black-Eyed Peas, Carolina Gold Rice, and Cheerwine Barbecue Glaze for a truly decadent Southern evening.
