Ed Carew and Tim Hughes A longtime favorite among royals and celebrities, iconic London restaurant Le Caprice has recently opened an NYC outpost where Ed Carew, Michael White’s former chef de cuisine at Fiamma, turns out cutting-edge brasserie fare.
