From its farms and artisans to its chef-driven destinations, Connecticut has ample offerings for the discerning gourmand. We’ve assembled a stellar team of Nutmeg State chefs for a meal that’s inspired by The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook, such as Arethusa Blue Cheese Mousse Cones with Quince Preserve and Pickled Grapes; Smoked Lamb Ribs with Spicy Vinegar Slaw and Fruit Marmalade; and Burrata Cappelleti with Morel Dashi, Peas, Crab, Sea Urchin, and Smoked Ramp Oil. At the end of dinner, each guest will receive a copy of the cookbook as a parting gift.
