Nouvelle Louisiane 

At Latil's Landing Restaurant, named one of the 20 best restaurants in America by Esquire, chef Jeremy Langlois creates dishes in his signature nouvelle Louisiane style, which brings together the Bayou State's local ingredients in inspired twists on the region's cuisine.

Elements of Extraordinary 

As the chef and owner of heralded Princeton eatery Elements, JBF Awards semifinalist Scott Anderson has been at the forefront of New Jersey's culinary revival. There, and at his second restaurant, Mistral, he seamlessly blends modernist technique and a farm-to-table focus on superlative ingredients.

The Sicilian Kitchen Lunch 

When Melissa Muller Daka opened Bar Eolo in 2010, it was a self-professed “love letter to Sicily”–and three years later, her ode to the Southern Italian region was such a success that she opened the artisanal pasta bar, Pastai. Join us at the Beard House for the chef's contemporary spin on rustic Sicilian cuisine, complete with wines straight from the island.

Jazz at Lincoln Center

The James Beard Foundation Greens (foodies under 40) is joining forces with Jazz at Lincoln Center’s own under-40 group, Hang Set, for a spectacular evening of delicious food, stunning views, and great music. Guests will enjoy a reception featuring some of New York’s finest chefs, Les Trois Petits Cochons, and drinks from Stella Artois, Momofuku’s Má Pêche, and Maison Louis Jadot, followed by a concert featuring the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis in JLCO Hosts: Kenny Garrett & The Music of Mulgrew Miller.
