Belgian Chic
Former Top Chef contestant Bart Vandaele is the recipient of the prestigious Mastercook of Belgium award and owner of the popular Belga Café and the contemporary B Too, where he delights diners with his creative takes on the elegant cuisine of his homeland.

Palladio: 15 Years of Food and Wine
Located in the rolling hills near the Blue Ridge Mountains, Palladio at Barboursville Vineyards has been one of the finest Italian restaurants in the U.S. since its opening 15 years ago. To celebrate this anniversary, the chefs and winemaker have designed a memorable milestone menu.

Salmon Seduction
Sure, there are other fish in the sea, but are there any as beloved, versatile, and delicious as salmon? Join some of the best chefs from coast to coast for this dinner featuring Skuna Bay Pacific salmon in its many delectable forms.

East End Elegance
Tucked away in a quaint, posh Hamptons hamlet, the historic Topping Rose House offers guests an unparalleled dining program overseen by JBF Award winner Tom Colicchio. For this Beard House dinner, Bouchon and Colicchio & Sons alum Kyle Koenig and pastry chef Cassandra Shupp will serve an elegant menu of seasonal American fare with a twist of East End luxury.

Empire State Feast
After wowing diners with Italian and Persian feasts in years past, Chance Bear returns to the Beard House to showcase the bounty of New York State. With a roster of talented upstate compatriots to help him out, Bear will take us on a culinary tour of the wide-ranging delights of our own local empire.

Saturday, February 28, 7:00 P.M.
Northern Ontario Winter Celebration
Get a taste of the north with this Beard House dinner from Kevin McKenna, chef behind the luxurious restaurants at Ontario’s historic Viamede Resort. Highlighting the best of the region’s winter game and produce along with unusual Canadian wines, Chef McKenna will take diners on a flavorful journey without any fear of frostbite.
