An alum of Beantown favorites like Lumière, T.W. Food, and Hungry Food, Phillip Tang has now brought his talents to the new Banyan Bar + Refuge, an Asian-inspired gastropub in the city’s South End that’s already earned a glowing review from the Boston Globe.

Tavern Supper

Dan Fox is known for his locavore ethos, which ranges from the lauded fare at his Madison hot spot to the heritage-breed pigs he raises on his farm. Join us as Fox tackles the challenge of a late-winter feast, utilizing his globally influenced cuisine to prove that every season has the potential for delicious plates.

Beard on Books

Each year the James Beard Foundation adds a new roster of local dining legends to its storied list of America’s Classics. From Totonno’s in Brooklyn to Camp Washington’s Cincinnati Chili to San Francisco’s Yank Sing, these timeless institutions span from coast to coast, representing some of the best of our national nostalgia-inducing cuisines. Now hungry readers will finally have the chance to taste some of these regional delicacies without leaving their own kitchens, thanks to James Beard's Classic All-American Eats: Recipes and Stories from Our Best-Loved Local Restaurants, a collection of the most craveable recipes from America’s Classics honorees.

Rugged Montana Luxury

Deep in Big Sky Country’s rugged terrain lies Paws Up, a spectacular sanctuary with first-class amenities, including luxe safari-style tents, fabulous food, and personal camping butlers. Join us at the Beard House when chef Ben Jones, who oversees culinary operations, treats diners to a decadent feast worthy of the resort’s grandeur.

Iconic Italian

Dazzling diners since 1981, Lidia Bastianich’s Upper East Side institution garnered three stars from the New York Times and a Beard Award nomination for Outstanding Restaurant, thanks to chef Fortunato Nicotra’s masterful work. Join us for his indulgent Beard House feast featuring innovative twists on Italian classics and Bastianich Winery wines.

Saturday, March 5, 7:00 P.M.

Eat. Drink. Barcelona.

Christopher Lee earned his stripes under Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges Vongerichten before nabbing two Michelin stars and a JBF Award for Rising Star Chef. Now at the helm of Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurants, Lee will lead a team from the empire's New England locations to take diners on a culinary tour through Northern Spain.
