Fall Truffle Celebration

Mysterious, pungent white truffles are the most prized of all the truffle varieties: during the treasured tuber's brief fall season, it's wise to enjoy it as often as time (and one's wallet) allows. To celebrate the fleeting fungi, Baltimore-area celebrity chef Cindy Wolf will be joining us at the Beard House for a lavish, truffle-scented feast.

Autumn Pinot Noir Dinner

After his appearance on Top Chef, Dave Martin launched a successful catering and consulting business and published a two-volume cookbook, Flavor Quest. Help us welcome him to the Beard House when he prepares a decadent menu that focuses on autumnal meats and beguiling Pinot Noirs from Row Eleven Wine Company.
