When JBF Board Chair (and acclaimed pastry chef) Emily Luchetti visits the Beard House, it’s usually for an important meeting. But this time, the multiple JBF Award winner is bringing along chef Jennifer Puccio and their talented colleagues from Big Night Restaurant Group to cook up a fantastic Beard House feast. Save room for dessert!

Georgia Grown

True to its name, the Peach State has long been known for its agricultural bounty, from stone fruit to pecans. For this exclusive Beard House dinner, we’ve assembled a team of Georgia stars to highlight the best the state has to offer with a fall-inspired meal brimming with Southern hospitality.

An homage to autumn in the Midwest, this dinner will showcase Rubicon alum Todd Kelly’s contemporary yet approachable cuisine, along with the artisanal ingredients he makes and uses at the breathtaking Art Deco Orchids at Palm Court. This stunning autumnal menu will be accompanied by superb wines.

Modern French

Gallic-inclined oenophiles should be first in line for this exclusive  dinner, which brings the masterful talents behind New York’s hot spot Rebelle to the Beard House. Chef Daniel Eddy, straight off a run at Paris’s lauded Spring, will present his elegantly modern cuisine alongside French and American wine pairings expertly selected by wine director Patrick Cappiello to showcase contrasting techniques and styles.
