Enlightened Eaters: Afro-Vegan
Acclaimed cookbook author and chef Bryant Terry’s latest work, Afro-Vegan, merges his connection to African cuisines with his passion for food justice. Concerned about the increasing prevalence of diet-preventable diseases such as hypertension and type-2 diabetes, Terry has set out to revamp more than 100 recipes for a vegan lifestyle.
