Lauded by Forbes for running the Matador Room with “impeccable precision” and a “cool-cat vibe,” Ford will treat guests to his playful take on Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature bold flavors.

Leave the passport at home and travel through Italy via this special Beard House dinner, featuring the rustic Italian cuisine of chef Vincenzo Betulia, a protégé of JBF Award winner Paul Bartolotta and Michael White. The menu will be complemented by wines from around the boot, and guest winemakers will be in attendance.
