Morrell Wine Bar & Café, which began as a small shop on East 49th Street, is now one of New York City’s most respected names in wine and a legendary institution. Here’s your chance to taste exceptional Italian bottles curated by its expert team, along with a menu by talented chef Juan Carlos Mendoza.

Return to the North Fork

Last year Noah Schwartz wowed Beard House diners with an elegant winter feast sourced straight from the East End. If you missed out, don’t fret—we’ve invited Schwartz back to reprise the superior coastal cuisine that earned him praise from the New York Times as a “wizard in the kitchen.”

Connecticut Coastal Bounty

At Oyster Club in Mystic, Connecticut, you’ll find lobster rolls, a raw bar, and other traditional New England seaside fare, but the adventurous will also be rewarded with modern flavor combinations, outside-the-box preparations, and boutique wines. Come and experience the whole package when chef James Wayman makes his return to the Beard House.

As the only restaurant in the country with its own USDA-certified beef, the iconic Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse is a beloved Chicago dining destination. This special Beard House dinner will go beyond standard chophouse fare for a carnivorous tour de force featuring the signature USDA Gibsons Prime Angus Beef in myriad mouthwatering preparations.

The Medici Table

For 12 years running, Gabriella Ganugi and the Apicius team have journeyed to the Big Apple to showcase their Tuscan-inspired cooking at the Beard House. This year they’re paying tribute to the Medici family, tracing the culinary signatures of the various territories where the dynasty left its mark during the Italian Renaissance.
