Here’s what’s coming up at the James Beard House and around the country:

Tuesday, July 26, 7:00 P.M.

Marigold Kitchen, Revisited

Dubbed a top new restaurant by Philadelphia Magazine, Marigold Kitchen has made a name for itself through avant-garde, ever-changing cuisine and blind-tasting menus. This creative team will bring their knack for suspense and whimsy to New York City for a one-of-a-kind dinner sure to leave guests satisfied.

Wednesday, July 27, 7:00 P.M.

Latin Heritage

Before his return to the Beard House, chef Victor Albisu traveled through Chile, Argentina, and Cuba to find inspiration for this event’s menu, which will also highlight the irresistible grilled and smoked meats that are on offer at his ode to the South American asado, Del Campo.

Thursday, July 28, 7:00 P.M.

Seafood in Season: Summer

No time to check out downtown Manhattan’s and Brooklyn’s coolest restaurants? You can sample a number of them at this summertime Beard House affair, which, in a partnership with sustainable-seafood purveyor and industry favorite Sea to Table, will feature some of the freshest catches of the season.

Friday, July 29, 6:00 P.M.
