Bold Flavors in Spring

Mediterranean food may be the all the rage these days, but Israeli chef Einat Admony has been wowing New Yorkers since opening Taïm in 2005. For her Beard House debut, the Big Apple’s queen of falafel will present a brand new menu in her signature style of brash, bold, and utterly addictive flavors.

Hip Italian

Southern hospitality meets big city flair at Mississippi hot spot Saint Leo, a 2017 James Beard Best New Restaurant Award semifinalist. This hip Italian bistro known for its wood-fired cooking and locavore sensibility was inspired by owner Emily Blount’s mother’s warmth, generosity, and attention to detail as a home cook and host.
