Neighborhood gem Vinatería has made its mark on the Harlem dining scene with its locally sourced Italian and Spanish–influenced menu. Owned by Yvette Leeper-Bueno and led by an all-female team, this eatery is deeply committed to empowering women from the roots up, supporting small-batch distillers, wine producers, and other young talent, including their 29-year-old executive chef Mimi Weissenborn.
