High Street from Market to Hudson

High Street on Market draws Philly diners in droves for their versatile and seasonal all-day fare, and their new sister shop up north has garnered raves from Grub Street to The New York Times. Join us as the High Street on Hudson team crafts a menu showcasing the artisanal ingredients, elevated techniques, and expert baking that have already made them a Big Apple favorite.

Buffalo Proper

After stints under star chefs like Jean-Georges, Georges Perrier, and Paul Kahan, Buffalo native Edward Forster returned to the city to bring his top-notch training home. The result is Buffalo Proper, a warm and welcoming eatery invoking Prohibition Era decadence through Forster’s hearty fare and Jon Karel’s meticulously crafted cocktails.
