JBF Greens Chicago: a Cebiche Party at Tanta

Join the JBF Greens at Peruvian hot spot Tanta for a party celebrating National Cebiche Week. Tanta is the only Chicago restaurant in acclaimed chef and restaurateur Gastón Acurio’s global food empire.

Executive chef Jesus Delgado will showcase an array of Tanta’s signature cebiches, along with Peruvian hors d’oeuvre. Guests will also enjoy Pisco Sours, wine, and Ommegang Brewery beers while taking in the sun and sights from Tanta’s fabulous rooftop terrace.

At Cúrate, the Food & Wine Best New Chef serves traditional Spanish tapas, whereas at Nightbell she focuses on local Appalachian ingredients and craft cocktails, both yielding delicious results.
