Here’s a taste of what’s on tap today at the Beard House.

Buckle up for a gastronomic road trip to the Southeast, tasting the culinary delights of Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, and more. Chef Ryan Haigler will lead this mouthwatering tour that highlights traditional Southern flavors, techniques, and ingredients, offering up an edible map of the region’s diverse and delicious bounty. Expect delicious regional dishes like Creole Tomato Pie with Louisiana Blue Crab, Benne Wafers, Tomato Jam, and Pimento Cheese; She-Crab Soup with Roe Powder, Raw Sherry, Celery Hearts, and Crispy Softshell Crab; and Moon Pies with Charleston Chews, Coconut Cake, Pecan Divinity, and Lane Cake.
