Here’s a taste of what’s on tap today at the Beard House.
Italian Farmhouse, 7:00 P.M.
Vincenzo Betulia, Osteria Tulia, Naples, FL
Leave the passport at home and travel through Italy via this special Beard House dinner, featuring the rustic Italian cuisine of chef Vincenzo Betulia, a protégé of JBF Award winner Paul Bartolotta and Michael White. The menu will be complemented by wines from around the boot, and guest winemakers will be in attendance to pair plates such as Calabrian ’Nduja with White Anchovies, Toasted Brioche, and Fennel; Arancini di Mare with Squid Ink Risotto, Gulf Shrimp, Venus Sun Clams, and Scallops; and Masami Wagyu Beef Spinalis with Autumn Forage, Sunchoke Cream, and Sicilian Anchovy Sauce.
