This Memorial Day weekend, the first-ever Lexus Gran Fondo will bring together the luxury car company’s hotel, culinary, and cycling partners for three days of challenging bicycle rides and distinctive food and wine offerings that celebrate the local region.

The weekend will kick off on Friday, May 27, with a welcome reception at Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Massachusetts, which will feature specialties from Cassidee Dabney of the James Beard Award–winning property Blackberry Farm.

Saturday morning, guests and cycling enthusiasts can opt for a 28-mile or 50-mile ride through scenic Cape Cod, and more cyclists will start the 100-mile ride in Boston with pro cyclists Christian Vande Velde and George Hincapie and cross the finish line back in Chatham (guests of riders will receive complimentary transportation).

Upon arrival at the finish line at Chatham Bars Inn, Lexus Culinary Master and JBF Award winner Dean Fearing will greet riders and guests with a barbecue paired with the latest releases of Blackberry Farm Brewery’s acclaimed Saison. The culinary adventure continues with a wine-pairing dinner featuring Lexus Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy and Lexus Culinary Master Carlo Mirarchi, co-owner and chef of the two-Michelin-starred Blanca and New York City hot spot Roberta’s.

The weekend will continue with local rides along the Cape and distinctive food and wine experiences, including a Champagne brunch, an exclusive Chatham Bars Inn preserving and farm excursion, and a clambake beach party.
