Tiki lovers, this one's for you! Take a sip of the Baie du Galion from San Francisco's Smuggler's Cove, known for its kitschy décor, expansive rum collection, and bevy of exotic tipplers ranging from historic colonial favorites to more modern libations. A mix of rhum agricole blanc, herbal green Chartreuese, and Drambuie (a liqueur made from Scotch whiskey, honey, herbs, and spices), this complex drink is both grassy and rich. Named for the gorgeous waters of Martinique and featured in the bar's eponymous book, Smuggler’s Cove: Exotic Cocktails, Rum, and the Cult of Tiki, which took home a win for our 2017 James Beard Book Award Beverage category, this drink will transport you to paradise. Make it tonight.
