To celebrate the much-anticipated arrival of springtime produce, we're sharing a step-by-step video recipe for James Beard's own sautéed dandelion greens with a savory bacon dressing. The recipe is a family heirloom of sorts, passed down from the Beard family's vegetable grocer to James Beard's mother to the culinary icon himself.
