Today we're marking the one-month countdown to the return of James Beard Foundation's Taste America® this fall! Though he may not be native to this country, no one could possibly dispute JBF Award winner Daniel Boulud's profound impact on America's dining landscape. At our recent Taste America kickoff party, we gave the world-renowned chef and his team a difficult task: in addition to preparing the delectable spread for the evening's festivities, we asked them to describe their take on American cuisine—in just four words.
