When Blackbird opened 20 years ago, it was a sleek, modernist revelation for Chicago’s dining scene and solidified the careers of Beard Award winners Paul Kahan and Donnie Madia. In the years since, this acclaimed eatery has been the stomping ground of many talented chefs, fostering a new generation of culinary titans and change makers. Join us as we celebrate this milestone and toast to their success, complemented with wine pairings from female winemakers.
