The luxurious white truffle is one of nature’s most elusive delicacies, with a brief fall season that leaves epicureans clamoring to get their hands on the treasured tuber. For our annual ode to the famous fungi, Piedmont native Carlo Bigi and chef of John DeLucie’s Upper East Side swanky retreat Crown will treat us to a lavish, truffle-scented feast.
