Chicago Style

Chicago Style is a forward-thinking cocktail conference held May 6-9, 2019 with seminars, panels and parties taking place at the Ace Hotel Chicago and throughout the city. Equal parts think and drink, Chicago Style is a gathering of diverse voices centered on the state of our local, national and international cocktail communities. This year’s cocktail conference kicks off Monday, May 6, following the James Beard Awards, with Bar Fight Club, a competition among the country’s most notable cocktail bars battling over creative cocktails, superb hospitality and a sense of inclusive community. A portion of the proceeds from the conference benefit the James Beard Foundation’s Women’s Leadership Programs.
