Former actor Shane Lyons swapped Hollywood roles for a CIA diploma and stints at Café Boulud, Craft Bar, and Momofuku Noodle Bar. Now at his own celebrated New York gastropub, this Zagat’s 30 Under 30 honoree will guide Beard House guests on a decadent journey of taste sensations, from salty to sweet and everything in between, highlighting select artisanal ingredients from the Rogers Collection.
