Helmed by the passionate Miguel Trinidad, these two raved-about eateries serve food so authentic and exciting that the New York Times’s Pete Wells exclaimed, “I felt like I was parachuting into Manila.”

Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world.
