The Farmer and the Chef: There is an elegant bridge between the farmer and the chef. The farmer works his magic to pull from nature the healthiest of produce. The chef uses his creativity to present interesting and delicious cuisine. Bridges Wine Bar is no exception with its farm-to-table approach to cooking in a way that appeals to the local community as well as those who just come for a visit. Our special dinner benefiting the James Beard Foundation's National Scholars Program will honor Indiana farmers and the relationship that they build with local chefs. We will highlight produce from Bob Zarings Farm, Full Hand Farm, Fischer Farms, DePauw University Farm, and other small farmers around the Greencastle community. Greencastle is the next food destination in Indiana and Bridges is at the front of that movement. Join us for an incredible night.
