Raffi Cohen

Raphael - Tel Aviv, Israel

A frontrunner of New Israeli cooking, pedigreed chef Raffi Cohen combines French elegance with Moroccan flare at his Tel Aviv restaurant Raphael. For this year’s Beard House Passover celebration, Cohen’s fresh take on the traditional Sephardic Seder will evoke the growth and renewal of the Israeli spring. This spirited evening, led by Naama Shefi and Ronit Vered, will also feature award-winning Golan Heights Winery wines.
